Position Overview:
As a Remote Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing relationships with our valued SME clients. You will be responsible for understanding their unique IT needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the growth of our IT services within your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with SME clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored IT solutions.
- Work closely with our technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their IT infrastructure.
- Utilize Autotask and other tools to track and manage client engagements.
- Leverage your Office 365, cloud, and Azure expertise to support clients.
- Drive customer success by ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes.
- Identify growth opportunities within your client base.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the information technology space.
- Demonstrated success working with SME clients.
- Proficiency in Autotask, Office 365, and cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of Azure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results.
