Responsibilities:
- Build data warehouse components on Teradata warehouse
- Present data on dashboards and visualisations on Power BI
- Comply with all data governance, like documenting data definitions and business glossaries
- delivering a client project at a financial
- Build data systems and pipelines
- Evaluate business needs and objectives
- Interpret trends and patterns
- Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
- Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modelling
Qualifications and experience:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years’ proven experience as a Data Analyst or a related role.
- Experience with the following technologies: Teradata, Power BI, MYSQL, Hive
- Experience with Data API’s services company.
- Experience in ETL processes.
- Experience on the Ab Initio platform (advantageous)
The Reference Number for this position is NG59319 which is a Contract Hybrid position based in Fourways, Johannesburg offering a cost to company of R480k up to R720k per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
