A consultancy specialising in AI and applications, with a primary focus on helping enterprise clients to extract business value by implementing AI solutions and maximise a desired return on investment are in the market for a Data Science Programme Lead to Create and manage stored procs, functions, views and triggers for efficient data processing and generate financial data required for revenue services and financial authority.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in managing and coordinating projects.
• Assist the Data Science Lead in coordinating the activities of the data science team, ensuring that projects are on track and deadlines are met.
• Oversee the allocation and progress of tasks within the team, ensuring that each team member is effectively contributing to project goals.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing projects, including meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, team performance, and any potential risks or issues that may arise.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of project execution within the Data Science Lab.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in a similar role within a data science, analytics, or technology-focused environment. Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus.
• A solid understanding of data analytics and familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, or R is beneficial
• Experience and keen interest in ML, LLMs and GenAi
