Requirements:
- 10 plus years commercial IT experience
- Min 5 years’ experience with the following:
- OpenShift / Kubernetes / OKD
- Azure (API Manager, Gateway, VPN, Keyvault, Firewall, Networking)
- Automate Configuration management (Ansible or similar)
- Automate Infrastructure (Terraform or similar)
- Keycloak IDP or other LDAP
- Enterprise logging (Elastic search, Logstash/ Fluentd, Kibana)
- Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
- UNIX Systems Administration (Linux, Ubuntu, Red Hat, FreeBSD, Solaris or other UNIX-like OSs)
- IP networking (routing, network design, problem solving, firewalls)
- Linux security best practices
- Database administration (MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with implementation, maintenance and solutions making use of cloud infrastructure services (Azure)
- Running, supporting, implementation and debugging of Enterprise Java applications. Standalone, JBoss, Wildfly, Tomcat or similar
- Application build solution (Jenkins) with CI/CD fundamentals
- Linux containers (Docker)
- Revision control systems (GIT)
- Experience scripting and small application development (Python, Bash, Powershell)
- Server / Application monitoring and performance tuning
- Disaster recovery and backup
- CI/CD code quality SonarQube, JaCoCo
- Good documentation skills
