Currently seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and help us improve our infrastructure, development processes, and automation practices. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between development and operations by streamlining workflows, improving deployment pipelines, and ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience with Agile Working Model (AWM)
- German language skills
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- Practical knowledge of OneIdentity IAM solution
- Ability to review and troubleshoot scripts and code
- Fluent in German speaking and translation
- SAP Knowledge – SAP IAM
- Knowledge of Identity access management processes and protocols in Azure and AWS
- At least 6-8 years of DevOps experience in commercial and/or retail end-user IT applications
- Proven track record in operating, implementing and managing large-scale IT systems
- Experience in the automotive or similar manufacturing industry (advantageous)
Responsibilities:
- Lead Problem Management (PM) initiatives and coordinate Change Management (CM) tasks
- Perform daily system health checks and ensure systems are operational according to SLAs
- Generate and report KPIs to stakeholders on a monthly basis
- Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, and obtain sign-off from users
- Provide input for business cases in terms of benefits and risks
- Execute required changes through configuration and development
- Balance technical skills with business acumen to align IT goals with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships between IT and the business
- Excel in clear communication and work effectively with teams across the organization
