In this role you will be required to participate in roll-out planning and task deliverables and
do management, maintenance, and monitoring of system reporting and dashboards.

Requirements:
- IT Diploma and/or relevant qualifications
- 3+ Years of previous working experience in a DevOps environment
- General Support experience (3+ Years)
- ITSM.Next (Service Now) (Incident Management)
- Planning & Monitoring (Grafana / OpenSearch Logstash)
- CI/CD Pipeline / Change Management (Jenkins)
- Configuration Management / Version Control (Github)
- Operations Reporting Experience
- Solution Test Experience
- Risk Detection and Management
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- AWS ALB, ECS, RDS
- GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Kafka
- Coding (Java)(TypeScript)
- Database Knowledge (SQL)
