We are currently searching for a ETL Developer with experience in SQE Server and Oracle, this role will involves designing and developing data and system integration solutions across all business units within the company.
Successful candidate will collaborate with BDMs and Delivery Heads to make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies, which provide the competitive advantage and a clear technical roadmap.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years IT commercial experience
- At least 3 years Integration experience across multiple Integration platforms and technology landscapes (especially Informatica Power Centre and optionally Ab Initio)
- 1 year Control-M experience
- Technology or Engineering related Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrate a clear and thorough understanding of Enterprise Integration Architecture patterns and best practices
- Data Integration: Understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Extract Transform Load (ETL), batch architectures and frameworks
- Middleware Knowledge: Understanding of Message Oriented Middleware (for example Tibco BusinessWorks) and messaging architectures and patterns (including Tibco EMS & IBM MQ)
- UML modelling
- Working Operating System knowledge: Windows & Linux
- Strong relational database experience (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- An understanding of highly available, high performance, distributed architectures.
- A good understanding of Enterprise Data Modelling (Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Data Vault Modelling). Prior experience with test automation
- Practical experience in the following:
- Enterprise Application Integration
- XML, XSLT, XPath, XSD (and related technologies)
- SOA & Web Services (SOAP, XML-RPC, REST)
- Test tools: SOATest, Quick Test Professional, Quality Centre
- Database design (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.)
