What You’ll Be Up To
- Master the systems landscape, integration points, and data pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly
- Assist employees or customers with IT queries
- Monitor system performance and proactively address inefficiencies
- Document incidents and solutions using Confluence
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement improvements
- Ensure compliance and maintain top-notch data security
- Train and guide users on best practices
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field 🎓
- 3–5 years integration/API experience
- ODS experience is a bonus
- Expert SQL knowledge & experience with large datasets 🗄️
- Advanced skills in XML, JSON, batch processing, and API integration
- Strong verbal and written communication 🗣️
