My client is seeking a skilled Intermediate Front End Developer eager to innovate in the tech space. This company is a global digital development, design, and marketing agency headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa, with additional locations in Portugal and the USA. You will work on scalable, high-end enterprise web and mobile solutions for a Swiss client specializing in geospatial data.

The ideal candidate should have a diverse coding skill set and significant expertise in Angular 12+ on the front end. You should be passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and results-driven, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Do you have what it takes?

• You are a software engineer skilled in writing clean, elegant, and maintainable code.
• You hold a relevant tertiary qualification (a bachelor’s degree is preferred).
• You have 5+ years of experience coding with HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with a strong grasp of their core concepts and best practices.
• You possess a solid portfolio that showcases your work.

You excel in:

• Extensive experience with Angular 12+ and Angular Material.
• A strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Reference Number for this position is PM59454 which is a remote role for developers living in South Africa. This is a 6-month contract position offering a salary of R60k to R80k p/m cost to company negotiable on experience and ability.
