What You’ll Do:

• Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy robust backend services, APIs, and user-facing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug system issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Contribute to ongoing operations and technical improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Use Jira to manage tasks and track progress in an Agile workflow.
• Implement and maintain secure, scalable APIs to integrate with external platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and understanding of modern software development practices.
• Experience with Git for version control and working in an Agile environment.
• A solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, basic integration techniques, and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, software security best practices, and data privacy standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus, but not required:

• Experience in the insurance or InsureTech industry.
