Additional Requirements

• 7 to 10 years programming experience with Java as a core competency
• 2 to 5 years prior software architecture experience
• Guide teams on the software architecture, technology stack and chosen design practices
• Java, DevOps, Some Cloud (AWS), Mobile, Web, JavaScript, Angular, React   
• Involvement and contribution to detailed technical designs, including design reviews
• Code reviews
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) by coding and implementing yourself
• Provide development templates and patterns to speed up software delivery, quality, and consistency
• Co-design and develop software frameworks where required
• Knowledge of automation and automation tooling
• Continuous integration and deployment
• Software development best practices with a focus on ensuring quality
• Experience with the following is preferable:
  • Spring frameworks / Spring Boot
  • Database integration and O/R mapping frameworks
  • Various architectural styles including microservices
  • Containerization and container orchestration frameworks
  • Cloud platforms
  • Integration to vendor products
