Leigh is by far one of the most extroverted members of our team. She loves a good laugh and puts effort into putting a smile on someone’s face daily. Although Leigh “fell” into recruitment, she has gained a wealth of industry knowledge over the years and is genuinely sincere about changing people’s lives. She says her superpower is her ability to place the right candidate with the right client!

When she is not matching high-caliber candidates to great roles, she enjoys binge-watching a good series and spending time with friends and family. By nature, Leigh is kind, nurturing, hardworking, and crazy 😊, but we love her kind of crazy. We admire Leigh’s tenacity, discipline, and self-driven nature.
