Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Python and JavaScript commercial experience
- Comp Sci or Engineering university degree
- Great tertiary results essential
- Interest (demonstrated or expressed) in working across commercial, operational and technical areas. I.e. not pure dev
- If excellence can be demonstrated in their short career, that is of course a plus
- Generalist (especially Junior roles): though they have technical skills, they want to solve problems across operations, commercial and technical business areas.
- Their problem-solving nature generally means they are keen to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to achieve their goals/objectives
Ownership: individuals who are willing to take on huge responsibility and are able to thrive in a fast moving and high-pressure environment
