- Recommend and ensure adherence to hiring timelines
- Vet and interrogate the quality of candidates prior to hiring by aligning to job requirements
- Networking and Headhunting
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Organising interviews
- Advertising roles
- CLOSING DEALS!!! (WE LOVE THIS PART)
- EARN LOADS OF MONEY!!!! (WE LOVE THIS TOO)
