We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive strategic insights, efficiency, and growth across the organization.
As a at Business Analyst , you’ll play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights that guide decision-making across departments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support strategic initiatives..
Requirements:
- Degree or relevant qualifications
- Degree B Eng (Industrial) (advantageous)
- 7+ years’ experience in business analysis, process analysis
- 4+ years’ experience in business analysis activity related to the development of bespoke web or mobile applications
- Advanced excel skills, other MS Office experience (specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- SQL experiences advantageous
- FMCG experience advantageous
- Experience with analysis and design of business reports advantageous
- Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Administer IT systems.
- Monitoring and supporting the companies’ applications
- Participate in testing of new system functionality
- Participate in user acceptance testing
- Identify process change elements
- Develop training material and conduct formal training sessions for end user
- Provide technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching staff
- Monitoring for optimal success of project
