The are looking for an experienced Software Engineer Team Lead (C#) to guide and grow one of their high-performing engineering teams. You’ll lead by example — combining technical excellence with people leadership to deliver world-class payment solutions at scale.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you’ll code, architect, and mentor while ensuring the team delivers high-quality, reliable software — on time and on target.
What you need to have to land and interview:
Experience
- 5–8 years’ professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a senior or team lead role.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale systems in production.
- Strong background in the fintech/payments domain (essential).
- Experience mentoring and growing engineering talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Technical Skills
- Languages: C#, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Web: HTML, CSS.
- APIs: Designing and maintaining scalable, secure RESTful APIs.
- Databases: MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres, Redis.
- Cloud: Advanced AWS expertise (Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, ELB).
- Tools: Git, Docker, Postman, RabbitMQ.
- Architecture: Microservices, serverless design, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
- Bonus: Exposure to Golang or Node.js.
