This is what you need to land an interview:
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, including building scalable, performant web applications.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React is a plus).
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, with a focus on optimization and scalability.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker) and other modern DevOps tools.
- Prior experience in healthcare tech or working with healthcare-related integrations like TPP SystmOne is a huge plus.
