Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and ensure they are integrated into the development process.
• Perform manual and automated testing, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the quality engineering team, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge sharing.
• Investigate and reproduce complex software defects, working closely with development teams to drive timely resolutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and enhance overall product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Software Quality Engineer, with a track record of successful project contributions.
• Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
