🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead administration and support of Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring system integrity, performance, and reliability.
- Manage and optimize Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), and hybrid identity infrastructures.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and tools, ensuring smooth user experiences and secure configurations.
- Write and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools to improve systems efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to third-party software, OS configurations, and networking components.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align systems engineering solutions with enterprise architecture strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior engineers and support staff.
📘 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in Systems Support, Systems Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
- Advanced expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management in hybrid environments.
- Strong Linux system administration skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (5+ years).
- Skilled in PowerShell, Bash, and systems automation scripting.
- Capable of debugging complex software and networking issues from the OS layer up.

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
