Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Systems Engineer with extensive experience in Azure. This permanent role offers a chance to work remotely from Cape Town, providing the perfect work-life balance while being part of a dynamic and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Maintain and support Exchange Online, SharePoint, Office 365, and Active Directory environments.
- Develop and execute strategies for seamless integration and optimization of cloud services.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all cloud-based applications and services.
- Configure and manage network infrastructure, including routing and switching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud services and network infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a strong focus on Azure.
- In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Solid understanding of networking principles, including routing and switching.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Experience with other cloud platforms and services.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting tools.
