What you need to land an interview:
- 10+ years’ experience in diverse technical leadership roles, ideally within a Global Markets environment
- 5+ years’ people leadership with a proven ability to grow, mentor, and inspire teams
- Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
- Deep technical background spanning architecture, integration, data warehousing, APIs, business analysis, testing, and production systems management
- Solid grasp of the trade life cycle and front-to-back trading processes
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, asset class trading, and related risk management
- Proven experience with proactive monitoring and alerting technologies
- Clear understanding of investment banking principles and operations
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party engagements
- Broad knowledge of multiple asset classes, banking products, and execution workflows
- Hands-on familiarity with integration and enterprise tools such as Control-M, Tibco, Informatica, reporting tools, and market data platforms
- Proficiency in mainstream languages including Java, C#, Python
- Solid understanding of mainstream databases
- Strong grounding in Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of project and program management
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
